Freedom Fest 2023 - July 4th, starting at 10am in Russell. Come down and enjoy the patriotic parade, community BBQ, BINGO, Patriotic Program, FREE swimming at the Russell Municipal Swimming Pool, a cake walk and the Annual Ernest "Ernie" L. Carter Memorial Fireworks Display.
